By downloading, installing, or using Voice2Txt, you agree to the following terms.

1. License

Voice2Txt is provided as a free application. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application on any Mac you own or control, for personal or commercial purposes.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Voice2Txt in compliance with all applicable laws. You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
• Redistribute or resell the application
• Use the application for any unlawful purpose
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices

3. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Voice2Txt processes all voice data locally on your device. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details.

4. System Requirements

Voice2Txt requires macOS 12 (Monterey) or later and the following permissions: Microphone, Speech Recognition, and Accessibility access. The application may not function properly without these permissions.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Voice2Txt is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The application will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Transcription results will be 100% accurate
• The application will be compatible with all macOS configurations

Speech recognition accuracy depends on Apple's Speech Recognition framework, microphone quality, background noise, and other factors beyond our control.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AppFlex and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use Voice2Txt, including but not limited to loss of data or business interruption.

7. Intellectual Property

Voice2Txt, its logo, and all related materials are the intellectual property of AppFlex. All rights not expressly granted in these terms are reserved.

8. Updates

We may release updates to Voice2Txt from time to time. These updates may include bug fixes, new features, or security patches. Continued use of the application after an update constitutes acceptance of any modified terms.

9. Termination

You may stop using Voice2Txt at any time by uninstalling the application. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the application at any time without notice.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the application constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
